wash and cur the jackfruit ,dry roast the cumin,coriander,cinemon,bay leaf and black paper.and grind in grinder.
now marinate the jack fruit with lemon juice ,grinded masala,1/2 tsp oil,1 tsp ginger,garlic paste,green chilli .keep it for 1/2 an hour.
now heat the oil in heavy bottom pan or pressure cooker ,roast fenugreek seeds and Asafoetida.
now cook the onion till golden, now add turmeric,red chili powder and coriander powder and roast . now add the jack fruit and roast it. Now add 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 15 minutes . garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with parat
