Instructions
Knead a soft dough just like chapatis.Add salt too.Keep covered for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out small puris. Use cookie cutter to give shapes. Deep fry till golden.
In a non stick pan, add 1 tablespoon oil.Heat on low flame. Add rai, jeera, ginger. Let it splutter.
Add onion and cook till soft. Add curry leaves, red chilli powder, haldi and salt.
Add the mashed potatoes and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
