Instructions
Boil the dal in 2 ½ cups of water. Add salt and haldi too.
Cook in pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles. When it is boiled, mash the soft dal softly.
Give Tadka-Heat the oil. Add the jeera.
When the jeera splutters, add the red chili. Spread this on the hot dal.
While serving, add the black pepper powder and amchoor. Serve with Mini Puris.
