Make medium size florets from cauliflower,put in salted water for 1/2 hour.drain and soak with kitchen towel. dry roast whole black pepper,coriander,clove,cardamom,and cumin,coarsely grind them.
now hat the oil in a pan pop the fenugreek seeds,add grinded spices cook 2 minute add cauliflower and 1/2 cup water.add curd and salt mix well cover and cook till done ,turn the heat ,garnish with coriander.
serve with paratha or chapati.
