Chocolates are almost liked by everyone ,so i tried this dessert and it was just loved by everyone in my family.This burfi is really easy and luscious in taste.You must try this sweet specifically on festivals.
Method-
For Plain Burfi
Take a wok add crumbled khoya into it stir it till it starts melting. Now add sugar,cardamom powder add milk to make it soft.stir the mixture till it starts boiling. Then take a deep plate grease it with little oil .
start pouring the mixture and tap it once .
For chocolate Burfi
Take the same wok add khoya,sugar when it starts getting soft add cocoa powder and milk in it.Stir it nicely and wait for a boil.
Now pour the mix on the plain burfi's batter.Pat the plate once and with the help of knife start making it plain.Likewise we do in icing of cakes.
Keep the mixture in freezer when it cools down for(2 hours)
After 2 hours take the burfi out and start cutting it into pieces or any shape you desire.Enjoy.
