Activate the yeast in the lukewarm milk after adding sugar to it.
Add it to the maida.
Using spatula mix it up.
Add butter and essence.
Mix gently.
Leave to double up.
Using little flour, smoothen the dough so that it can be rolled.
Roll out small rounds of 1 cm thickness.
Using a glass and a bottle cap, give doughnuts shapes.
Keep on a lined baking tray.
Brush lightly with melted butter.
It will swell up in 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven after 20 minutes are over at 180 degrees.
Bake them for about 15 minutes till golden brown.
Remove and dip in ganache.

Remove and whisk gently.
