  • 1 cup Refined flour organic
  • 1/2 cup Milk lukewarm
  • 2-3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 drops Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 100 gm Dark Chocolate or ganache for ganache dark
  • 50 gm Cream fresh
  • 1 tsp Butter


  • Activate the yeast in the lukewarm milk after adding sugar to it. Add it to the maida. Using spatula mix it up. Add butter and essence.
  • Mix gently. Leave to double up. Using little flour, smoothen the dough so that it can be rolled. Roll out small rounds of 1 cm thickness. Using a glass and a bottle cap, give doughnuts shapes.
  • Keep on a lined baking tray. Brush lightly with melted butter. It will swell up in 30 minutes. Preheat the oven after 20 minutes are over at 180 degrees.
  • Bake them for about 15 minutes till golden brown. Remove and dip in ganache. Garnish with sugar balls.
  • Ganache recipe. On a double boiler, melt all the ingredients for ganache. Remove and whisk gently. Let it come to room temperature and use.
