Ingredients
- 1 cup organic maida
- ½ cup lukewarm milk
- 2-3 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon yeast
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For dark Ganache-100 gm dark Chocolate
- 50 gm fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon butter.

Instructions
- Activate the yeast in the lukewarm milk after adding sugar to it. Add it to the maida. Using spatula mix it up. Add butter and essence.
- Mix gently. Leave to double up. Using little flour, smoothen the dough so that it can be rolled. Roll out small rounds of 1 cm thickness. Using a glass and a bottle cap, give doughnuts shapes.
- Keep on a lined baking tray. Brush lightly with melted butter. It will swell up in 30 minutes. Preheat the oven after 20 minutes are over at 180 degrees.
- Bake them for about 15 minutes till golden brown. Remove and dip in ganache. Garnish with sugar balls.
- Ganache recipe. On a double boiler, melt all the ingredients for ganache. Remove and whisk gently. Let it come to room temperature and use.
