washed and soaked for 1 hour

Methi leaves

red chili powder

Instructions
Wash and chop the methi leaves. In cooker heat oil and fry garlic. Add methi leaves and the peas.
Fry for 5 minutes on slow gas.Add dal. Fry for 5 more minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas.
Add 1 cup water and cook for 2 whistles.
Serve with roti or rice.
