Ingredients
- ยฝ cup yellow moong dal washed and soaked for 1 hour
- ยฝ bunch dried fenugreek leaves
- 4-5 garlic pods
- Salt as per taste
- ยฝ tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tomato big
- 1/2 cup peas

Instructions
- Wash and chop the methi leaves. In cooker heat oil and fry garlic. Add methi leaves and the peas.
- Fry for 5 minutes on slow gas.Add dal. Fry for 5 more minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas.
- Add 1 cup water and cook for 2 whistles.
- Serve with roti or rice.
