Granules Frankie is basically a kids tiffin recipe,which includes health with taste.As kids are fussy eaters and its really a hardest job for mothers to feed them healthy food with there choice of taste buds.So here is a solution for this common problem.
Take a wok add oil.
Now add cumin seeds.
Add onions and saute it till they get translucent.
Now add tomatoes ,stir it till they get soft.
Add salt,chili powder,coriander powder and mango powder in it.
Now take the granules and add them in the masala.
Stir it for few minutes.
Now add crumbled paneer in it.
Stir it till the masala gets little dry.
Add tomato ketchup in the last and saute it.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
Keep aside.
For Frankie-
Take the dough, take a ball as we make roti.
Make a roti by sprinkling little oil on the roti.
Now when the roti is done,Take the granules and spread the thick mix in the roti.
