gm paneer or tofu
10 to 12
pieces
of Papaya
Rick salt
to taste
A few mint leaves
One small onion
cut into rings
Dash of lime juice

teaspoon
oil to saute the cottage cheese
Instructions
Cube the paneer and saute to golden brown. Toss in all the ingredients together in a serving bowl. Sprinkle the salt and lime juice. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
