Paneer Papaya Salad

A very simple and easy salad to put together..

  • 100 gm paneer or tofu
  • 10 to 12 pieces of Papaya
  • Rick salt to taste
  • A few mint leaves
  • One small onion cut into rings
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon oil to saute the cottage cheese


  • Cube the paneer and saute to golden brown. Toss in all the ingredients together in a serving bowl. Sprinkle the salt and lime juice. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
