For Chocolate lovers, its difficult to choose between dark and milk flavors. Hence, I added both to this recipe and believe me, my whole family just went crazy.

For Base Layer

For Top layer

Instructions
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper. Leave an inch hanging out from 2 sides so that it can be lifted up and removed easily.
In a thick bottom pan, heat the butter and Condensed milk on low flame. Let the butter melt and add grated dark chocolate, walnuts, peanuts, biscuits.
When the chocolate melts and the mixture comes together, pour in the tin. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Now prepare the top layer by melting milk chocolate and butter on a double boiler. Let cool to room temperature.
Pour over the base layer. Again set in fridge for 3 to 4 hours. Remove when set and cut into pieces with a sharp serrated knife.
Notes
Add in cashewnuts, almonds etc as per your family preference.
