Butter 2 tsp for cooking the fish and adding in the sauce. 1 tsp each.
Instructions
Chop the fish fillet into pieces of 5 inch. Marinate the fish fillets with all the ingredients mentioned under the marination.
Heat one teaspoon butter , add garlic and saute for a minute. Now add green chillies and cook for another few seconds. Now add the grape juice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Lastly add Chili sauce and salt to taste. Switch off the gas and let it cool.
Grind hung curd and Tofu and mix it in the grape sauce.
Mix all the ingredients for Salsa and put it in the refrigerator for cooling.
Take a non stick Pan and add 1 teaspoon of butter and Shallow fry the fish fillets
To serve first put the Salsa on the plate and then put the fish fillet on it and top it with the grape sauce and serve it.
