Masala Dosa is a popular South Indian Breakfast which is now famous all over the world. It is a healthy and filling breakfast. I have used F2F Idli/Dosa Batter to prepare the dosa.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a wok and add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
Once they start crackling add sliced onions and fry till they are translucent.
Add turmeric powder, sambar powder, green chilli and salt to taste and mix well.
Next add boiled potatoes and mash them well to mix with the masalas. Add little water and cook for some time
When the water dries up, switch off gas and keep it aside.
Now heat a non-stick pan and take big ladle full of batter and spread in a circular motion on the pan. Cook on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drizzle oil on all the the sides and cook for some more time until the sides start coming out.
When one side is golden brown, turn the other side and cook for few minutes. You may drizzle some oil.
Once both the sides are well cooked take it out from the pan and stuff it with potato stuffing which was prepared earlier and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
