Ingredients

rice
I cup ragi millet
1
cup
urad dal
I tbsp fenugreek seed
2
tbap chana dal
Salt
Oil for greasing
Instructions
Soak the rice and pusles for four hours
Grind to a fine paste
Let it ferment for eight hours
Add salt and mix well
Grease your idli mould
steam the idli and serve with ur fav chutney
