Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Rice
  • cup Millet or ragi i ragi
  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • tbsp fenugreek seeds i
  • 2 Chana Dal tbap
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Soak the rice and pusles for four hours
  • Grind to a fine paste
  • Let it ferment for eight hours
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Grease your idli mould
  • steam the idli and serve with ur fav chutney
