A healthy breakfast to start the day

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- I cup ragi millet
- 1 cup urad dal
- I tbsp fenugreek seed
- 2 tbap chana dal
- Salt
- Oil for greasing

Instructions
- Soak the rice and pusles for four hours
- Grind to a fine paste
- Let it ferment for eight hours
- Add salt and mix well
- Grease your idli mould
- steam the idli and serve with ur fav chutney
