Whole Wheat Laddoo with edible gum

Wheat flour is a whole meal. It has carbohydrates, glucose, protein and energy. Wheat flour is better than refine flour. It is easy to digest.

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup
Pure ghee 1/4 cup
Jaggery 1/4 cup
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Edible gum 1 tsp
Instructions
Take a frying pan preheat and add pure ghee. Then fry the edible gum and keep separate.
Now add wheat flour
roast
until light brown. Then add coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, fried gum.
Now moist both hand with water and make small round shape. The laddoo are ready to serve.
Notes
Due to edible gum, when we bite the laddoo we will feel the stickiness, that is the specialty of the laddoo.
