Whole Wheat Laddoo with edible gum

Wheat flour is a whole meal. It has carbohydrates, glucose, protein and energy. Wheat flour is better than refine flour. It is easy to digest.

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Pure ghee 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery 1/4 cup
  • Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Edible gum 1 tsp


  • Take a frying pan preheat and add pure ghee. Then fry the edible gum and keep separate.
  • Now add wheat flour roast until light brown. Then add coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, fried gum.
  • Now moist both hand with water and make small round shape. The laddoo are ready to serve.


Due to edible gum, when we bite the laddoo we will feel the stickiness, that is the specialty of the laddoo.
