Instructions
In a pan, melt garlic butter till it starts bubbling. Turn the heat to low & sprinkle your flour. Toast it for a min. Do not let it get brown.
Now take it off the pan & add milk slowly while mixing it with whisker. Your whisker will help in separating lumps. In case you still see lumps then not to worry. Simply sieve through a thin strainer 😊
Now bring it back to low heat & sprinkle cheese. Let the cheese melt.
Add cream & let it thicken up. Keep aside covered.
