Lime juice - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 1 tbsp
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth paste without any lumps. Heat this mixture in a heavy bottomed pan or a nonstick pan on a low flame.
Cook till the mixture leaves it's sides, it takes about 25-30 minutes.
Cool it and shape them into small pedas and use any stencil for the design or peda stamps.
