Instructions
Cut dates in small pieces.
Cut the dry fruits into small pieces. Keep each one of them separately.
Dry
roast
each dry fruit pieces separately until crisp.
Dry
roast
the poppy seed until crunchy.
Grind the dates to a pulp.
Heat a pan, add ghee and
roast
the pulp for sometime. Then, add the roasted dry fruits and mix well. Remove from fire and keep it aside.
Grease you hand and roll into cylindrical shape.
Roll it in roasted poppy seeds and refrigerate for two hours. Cut and serve.
Notes
The dates used are seedless variety.
You can use other dry fruits also.
