These Pretty Chocolate Roses are made with 100% whole wheat flour. My daughter loves snacking on them any time of the day, it just makes me a happier mom. They are really easy to make and have just five Ingredients
A pinch of saltskip if you are using salted butter
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar till the butter turns pale and fluffy
Sieve the flour, Cocoa and salt together over the butter
Mix every thing well and check if you need some milk to make it a piping consistency dough, if needed add a tbsp milk or some more, but make sure not to add much of milk otherwise cookies would not hold their shape
Switch on the oven for preheating at 180 degrees
Put the star nozzle in a piping bag and put the dough in it
Pipe the roses on a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes till the sides are little darker in colour
