For Panna cotta-
2 1/2
cup
whole milk
1/2
cup
cream
1/4
cup
Sugar
Pinch
of star anise
1-2
green cardamom
2-3
tbsp
soaked rice
1
tbsp
agar agar powder
For Syrup:
2
tbsp
honey
1
pinch
of saffron
1
teaspoon
rose water
water as needed
Instructions
Panna cotta Take 2 cups of milk and rice, and cook on low heat for at least 20 mins. Add cream, cardamom powder, star anise and mix well.
Mix agar-agar in the 1/2 cup warm milk and mix thoroughly Add the agar mixture to the cooked rice
Pour it in glasses or mould and set it in the fridge
Syrup:- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use water if need to thin it to a pouring consistency.
To serve: Pour the sauce on a plate and gentle put the unmolded pudding/kheer on the plate. Garnish it with pistachio tuile. Enjoy!
