Water - 1 cup.
Salt
Deggi mirch - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
Rice flour - 150 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon + to fry
Instructions
Take a pan, add water, salt, chilli powder, ajwain, cumin seeds, asafoetida and little oil and allow the water to boil.
When it comes to boil, add rice flour little by little and mix well. Avoid lumps and make into round shape.
Transfer in a bowl, KNEAD it LIGhtLY and make small rings from.it
Deep fry the rings in hot oil and take out on a tissue paper. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
