Firstly blanch the spinach and strain water properly.
To it add cream ,cheese and slurry of (all pupose flour and milk to avoid lumps),mix it well.
Now In a bowl whisk eggs,add blanched spinach,mushroom,carrot,onion salt and black pepper mix it.
Preheat oven at 180 degree meanwhile grease the square or any shape dish and pour the batter and bake it for 35 min or until it sets
Demould it when it cools down and enjoy it with your family!
Notes
You can add veggies as per your choice Strain the water of spinach tightlyDonot mix all purpose flour directly in to the batter otherwise lumps formed instead make slurry of (milk and all purpose flour )then add it to the batter.
