green coriander two teaspoons bark chopped
two large Spoon mustard oil
lemon juice two big spoon
Two cups or 300 grams of wheat flour
according to the salt flavor
Instructions
First, add one teaspoon of salt in the flour and keep it soft. Keep it aside.
Now add all the ingredients together in salt with salt according to the taste
Now cut six equal quantities of flour with a kneaded dough and take one loin and spread it with the help of fingers
fill it with a mixture of two to three spoons of sattu and slowly close the loi
Flatten all the Lois to make paratha and Bake all the paratha on a pan.
Serve it hot with aloo bharta.
