Ingredients
  

  • Roasted and powdered gram
  • 100 gm celery
  • Half teaspoon kalonji
  • Garlic chopped
  • ginger one spoon chopped
  • green chilli two teaspoons chopped
  • green coriander two teaspoons bark chopped
  • two large Spoon mustard oil
  • lemon juice two big spoon
  • Two cups or 300 grams of wheat flour according to the salt flavor

Instructions
 

  • First, add one teaspoon of salt in the flour and keep it soft. Keep it aside.
  • Now add all the ingredients together in salt with salt according to the taste
  • Now cut six equal quantities of flour with a kneaded dough and take one loin and spread it with the help of fingers
  • fill it with a mixture of two to three spoons of sattu and slowly close the loi
  • Flatten all the Lois to make paratha and Bake all the paratha on a pan.
  • Serve it hot with aloo bharta.
