  • gm Roasted And Powdered Gram roasted and powdered
  • 100 gm Celery
  • tsp Kalonji half
  • Garlic chopped
  • spoon Ginger one chopped
  • teaspoons Green Chillies two chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander two bark chopped
  • large Mustard Oil two
  • spoon Lemon Juice two big
  • 300 cups whole wheat flour according to the salt flavor two or


  • First, add one teaspoon of salt in the flour and keep it soft. Keep it aside.
  • Now add all the ingredients together in salt with salt according to the taste
  • Now cut six equal quantities of flour with a kneaded dough and take one loin and spread it with the help of fingers
  • fill it with a mixture of two to three spoons of sattu and slowly close the loi
  • Flatten all the Lois to make paratha and Bake all the paratha on a pan.
  • Serve it hot with aloo bharta.
