Ingredients
- Roasted and powdered gram
- 100 gm celery
- Half teaspoon kalonji
- Garlic chopped
- ginger one spoon chopped
- green chilli two teaspoons chopped
- green coriander two teaspoons bark chopped
- two large Spoon mustard oil
- lemon juice two big spoon
- Two cups or 300 grams of wheat flour according to the salt flavor

Instructions
- First, add one teaspoon of salt in the flour and keep it soft. Keep it aside.
- Now add all the ingredients together in salt with salt according to the taste
- Now cut six equal quantities of flour with a kneaded dough and take one loin and spread it with the help of fingers
- fill it with a mixture of two to three spoons of sattu and slowly close the loi
- Flatten all the Lois to make paratha and Bake all the paratha on a pan.
- Serve it hot with aloo bharta.
