Ingredients
- gm Roasted And Powdered Gram (roasted and powdered)
- 100 gm Celery
- tsp Kalonji (half)
- Garlic (chopped)
- spoon Ginger (one chopped)
- teaspoons Green Chillies (two chopped)
- 1/2 cup Coriander (two bark chopped)
- large Mustard Oil (two)
- spoon Lemon Juice (two big)
- 300 cups whole wheat flour (according to the salt flavor two or)

Instructions
- First, add one teaspoon of salt in the flour and keep it soft. Keep it aside.
- Now add all the ingredients together in salt with salt according to the taste
- Now cut six equal quantities of flour with a kneaded dough and take one loin and spread it with the help of fingers
- fill it with a mixture of two to three spoons of sattu and slowly close the loi
- Flatten all the Lois to make paratha and Bake all the paratha on a pan.
- Serve it hot with aloo bharta.
