whole wheat flour

jaggery

teaspoon
cardamon powder

almonds
chopped

pistachios
chopped
Instructions
Melt the ghee in a non stick pan.
Add the whole wheat flour and saute on a slow flame for 10 minutes till it turns golden brown in colour stirring continously.
Remove from flame. Add jaggery and cardamon powder n mix well.
Mix till the jaggery melts n mixture is well mixed.Add chopped almonds n pistachios.
Pour the Gud papdi mixture in a greased thali and spread it evenly with the base of a small bowl.
Cut into square pieces while still warm.
Store in an air tight container. Enjoy
