A bread with the wholesome and rich flavours of Pepperoni , Olives and Cheese . As light as it may seem , it is quite amazing how it satisfies your hunger . Being pretty rich and cheesy , this bread has the capacity to feed a crowd .
3/4th cup warm watercan vary depending upon the quailty of flour
12-15pepperoni slices ; cut into bite sized pieces
1/2cupof mozzarellaor any cheese of your choice
About 12 olives sliced
Any dried herbs of your choice 1 tbspparsley , oregano , basil or thyme
Instructions
First and foremost , heat up your water till it is warm to your touch . It should not be burning hot .
Add in your yeast and set it in a warm place . Meanwhile , in a bowl add in your flour , salt , oil , milk powder , pepperoni , olives and cheese .
With the activated yeast water , mix the entire dough , preferably with bare hands to help activate the yeast process .
Once done , coat it with about another tsp of oil and set in a warmer place to rest for about forty minutes or so .
Take your loaf pan and grease it well . When your dough is done , punch it down first to remove excess air.
Carefully set it in your pan and let it rest for another half an hour in a warm place.This step is crucial if you desire fluffy bread.Top it with some dried herbs .
At this point , preheat your oven to 180°. Bake this for about 25-30 minutes . Serve hot and enjoy !
Notes
Any of your favourite herbs and veggies can be used in this bread. Wheat flour can also be used but the quantity and ingredients list might differ accordingly.
