Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil preferably canola oil
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 3/4 cup Warm Water can vary depending upon the quailty of flour th
- 12-15 slice Pepperoni Slices ; Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces pepperoni cut into bite sized
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella or any cheese of your choice
- 12 Olives about sliced
- 1 tbsp Herbs parsley , oregano , basil or thyme any dried your choice

Instructions
- First and foremost , heat up your water till it is warm to your touch . It should not be burning hot .
- Add in your yeast and set it in a warm place . Meanwhile , in a bowl add in your flour , salt , oil , milk powder , pepperoni , olives and cheese .
- With the activated yeast water , mix the entire dough , preferably with bare hands to help activate the yeast process .
- Once done , coat it with about another tsp of oil and set in a warmer place to rest for about forty minutes or so .
- Take your loaf pan and grease it well . When your dough is done , punch it down first to remove excess air.
- Carefully set it in your pan and let it rest for another half an hour in a warm place.This step is crucial if you desire fluffy bread.Top it with some dried herbs .
- At this point , preheat your oven to 180°. Bake this for about 25-30 minutes . Serve hot and enjoy !
Recipe Notes
Any of your favourite herbs and veggies can be used in this bread. Wheat flour can also be used but the quantity and ingredients list might differ accordingly.
