Rabdi paratha is very famous in Delhi paratha wali Gali. It's very yummy and delicious sweet paratha. My all time favourite paratha.

Ingredients

½ litre milk
½ cup sugar
1
teaspoon
cardamom powder
2
cup
wheat flour
1
cup
water for dough
2
cup
pure ghee for frying
Instructions
In a wok add milk and stir continuously until the thick consistency.
Now milk reduces in half quantity add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
Transfer the rabdi in a bowl.
In a bowl add wheat flour and water knead the dough.
After 15 minutes make a small ball from dough.
Roll with rolling pin and fill rabdi in half area fold and edges press with fork it.
In a wok add ghee and heat it.
Frying the rabdi paratha in puree ghee on medium heat until golden.
Our rabdi paratha is ready to serve.
