In the pressure cooker add oil or ghee fry mustard seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves when crackle add chopped onions,fry for sometime. Then add tomatoes,carrot,beans,peas an fry nicely,then add red chilli pd,bese bale bath pd an mix then add daliya
Then add water an pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles. If you want more spicy then add more of bese bale bath pd an red chilli pd an little of tamarind pulp to give a tangy taste
In another bowl add chopped potatoes deep fry it till soft . Then take it out. In another pan add oil fry jeera, green chillies,for sometime then add chopped coriander leaves, turmeic pd, dhanya pd, amchoor pd an deep fried potatoes an mix well
