In a bowl add maida,salt,soda, semolina, jeera, black pepper pd an mix well. Make a dough with the help of warm water an cover it an keep aside
In another pan add oil fry mustard seeds,curry leaves ,green chillies when crackle add the grated mango ,salt, coriander leaves,garam masala pd,salt an keep stirring till the water gets dried from the mango an then off the gas too cool it
Then take a small piece of dough roll it in a form of chappati shape ,divide it into 4 pieces . Then take one piece add the stuffing in the centre an give a shape of samosa an deep fry it

In this recipe in place of refined flour you can use wheat flour , an the stuffing can be made in different variations like potatoes stuffing,peas stuffing or mixed vegetables stuffing or chicken stuffing . But here I have given a twist by using raw mango to give a different taste in the samosas. Serve with green spicy chutney an tamarind chutney
