For Marinating Paneer: 2 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida

cornflour

teaspoon
black pepper powder

teaspoon
red chilli powder

Water as required to make batter
Oil for frying paneer
Instructions
Cut cottage cheese in half inch cubes.
In a bowl take all purpose flour, cornflour, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt. Mix everything well.
Add water and make a smooth lump free batter. The batter should not be too thin or too thick.
Add cottage cheese cubes in the batter and gently coat from all sides.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cottage cheese from all the sides till crisp golden brown in colour.
In another non stick pan add 2 tbsp of oil.
Next add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds.
Add green chillies, onions and cook for sometime till the onions are nice pink in colour.
Add green bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. The capsicum need to be slightly cooked so it remains crunchy.
In a small bowl take tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce. Mix well.
Add the sauce mixture and season with salt and black pepper powder.
Add fried paneer pieces, mix everything well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
At last garnish with some spring onion greens, switch off the gas and Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
