Handi biryani veg is a favourite of everyone whose a vegetarian . This restaurant style handi biryani is my version of veg handi biryani and delicious sumptuous meal for all ages .
Steam all the vegetables together for 5 minutes and keep aside . After it cools down to it add curd ginger garlic paste tumeric red chilli powder and dhaniya pudina leaves and all other spices ( khada masalas ) . mix well
To the cooked white rice very carefully add the vegetables mixture so that the rice doesn't break .
Take a thick bottomed pan add ghee and the rice mixture add a little milk and on low flame cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
Serve hot garnish with fried onions and fried cashew nuts

Use basmati rice instead of the regular riceCan add vegetables of choice
