Boil veggiesfor 2 minutes without adding water. Cover the pan. Remove from gas and let it cool. Once cooled squeeze veggies and drain excess water.
Add all purpose flour, black pepper, Ajinomoto, green garlic, green chillies chopped, salt & sugar. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce. Mix all and combine dough.
Make lemon size balls. Keep all aside.
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry these Manchurian balls on medium flame until golden brown.
Fry all Manchurians. Keep them aside.
Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a Kadhai. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic and spring onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots, capsicum and beans. Cook until soft.
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce and vinegar. Stir all.
Now add fried Manchurians in cooked veggies. Mix well. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Cover the lid. (if you want gravy add 1 tbsp corn flour +1/2 cup water. let it boil.) remove from gas.
