Soak Bel fruit pulp in 100ml water for 5 minutes. Mash pulp in water by using fingers. Now strain it to remove seeds.
Pour sieved mixture into a blending jar.
Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar, chat Masala into the bel mixture.
Blend it for half minute.
Strain tge mixture through a sieve.
Now take 2 tablespoon prepared mixture into serving glass, add water and stir it.
Bel ka Sharbat is ready to serve.
