Come winters, and everyone thinks of sours. For that extra luscious mouthfeel, don’t forget to add the egg white. Whiskey sour can be a good medium to enjoy your favourite or sample a new brand. If you think it is invigorating for the season, it sure is.
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
Strain cocktail through a strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice.
Whiskey Sour is ready to be served.
