Ingredients
 

  • 60 ml Bourbon or whiskey whiskey
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 3 cubes Ice Cubes ice
  • 1 wedge Orange
  • 30 ml Lime Juice juice
  • 1 egg whites optional
  • 1 Cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
  • Strain cocktail through a strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Whiskey Sour is ready to be served.
