boiled basmati rice - 1 cup
chopped mix veggies
beans,carrot,peas - 1 bowl
chopped onion - 1 medium size
green cardamom - 2
black cardamom - 1
Salt
clarified butter - 2 tbsp
cloves
- 2
whole black pepper - 2
Instructions
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan. Add cardamom and cloves to crackle. Add onion and saute for one mins. Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
