Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice boiled
  • Veggies beans,carrot,peas - 1 bowl chopped mix
  • 1 Onion chopped medium size
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Clarified Butter
  • 2 cloves - 2
  • 2 Whole Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan. Add cardamom and cloves to crackle. Add onion and saute for one mins. Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
