Ingredients
- boiled basmati rice - 1 cup
- chopped mix veggies beans,carrot,peas - 1 bowl
- chopped onion - 1 medium size
- green cardamom - 2
- black cardamom - 1
- Salt
- clarified butter - 2 tbsp
- cloves - 2
- whole black pepper - 2

Instructions
- Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan. Add cardamom and cloves to crackle. Add onion and saute for one mins. Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
