Ingredients
  

  • boiled basmati rice - 1 cup
  • chopped mix veggies beans,carrot,peas - 1 bowl
  • chopped onion - 1 medium size
  • green cardamom - 2
  • black cardamom - 1
  • Salt
  • clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  • cloves - 2
  • whole black pepper - 2

Instructions
 

  • Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan. Add cardamom and cloves to crackle. Add onion and saute for one mins. Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
