Sattu ke namkeen sherbat is a traditional summer cooler of India. It is mainly popular in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, UP and West Bengal. Flour from roasted gram with skin is known as sattu and it is very healthy too.

Chana ka sattu
flour from roasted gram with skin - 3 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black Salt -1/4 teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Green Chilli - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon
Water - 2 cups
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
Take sattu, black salt, salt, and cumin powder in a glass.
Add little water and make a smooth paste.
Next add lemon juice and chopped green chilli and mix well.
Finally add the remaining water to top the glass and serve immediately.
