For dressing Olive oil 1tsp
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chili 2

For salad Chickpeas 1 cup boiled and chilled
Tomato 1/2 cup
Spring onion 1/2 cup
Paneer 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly 1
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt
Instructions
In a large vessel add chickpeas, tomatoes, spring onion, paneer, green chilly, sugar, salt and coriander leaves and mix well
Now add the dressing and again mix well
Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve
