Bring it to one boil, lower the flame and mix the roasted dalia.
Close the lid of the pan.
When the dalia is half cooked, add tomato sauce, red chilli flakes, pizza seasoning and mix.
Check for salt and spices and adjust at this stage if required.
Close the lid and allow the dalia to cook until it is 3/4th done.
By now most of the water would have been absorbed. Turn off the flame.
Open the lid of the pan / kadai, spread the onion slices followed by tomato and capsicum slices.
Spread the cheese.
Dum Cooking on low flame:
a) Heat a dosa griddle / tawa, simmer the flame and place the pan / kadai on the hot dosa griddle.
b) Close the lid and place some weight or a cup filled with water on the lid so that the steam does not escape.
Allow it to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn off the stove.
Sprinkle extra pizza seasoning if required and serve immediately.
Notes
Cooking time of the dalia may vary depending upon the variety and size. I used 24 mantra whole wheat dalia and have indicated the timings according to this brand of dalia.
Adjust spices according to your taste.
1 cup measurement I used is 200 ml measuring cup
Be careful when using water as one variety of wheat dalia may absorb more water and another may absorb less.
