Street food means roaming with family or friends circles. People don't bother about hygienic, they just enjoy the readymade food or drinks. These foods sold by hawkers, vendors, mobile food cart or dhaba in high way. We can carry the food or immediate enjoy the street food.
Pani Puri recipe is a category of street food. It has so many names like golgappa, batashe, phuchhka, ghuchu, Pani Puri etc. Different stages have different methods and controversy. It varies state to state and region to region.
Sometimes our family members like kids and elderly person can't go out and enjoy the street food because they are spicy and unhygienic. But they also like to enjoy the street food. In that case we can enjoy the Pani Puri at home with our family members.
There are different types of water like mint water (pudina Pani), tamarind water (imli Pani), jal jeera pomegranate water, hing jeera, watermelon juice, carom water, lemon water, butter milk, dates and jaggery water (sweet), raw mango water, orange juice, garlic water, ginger water, guava juice.
I made four types of water, main attraction is raw mango, roasted cumin, asafoetida, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves. Other waters just to change the taste. Puri should be freshly made. White boiled peas. Just take a puri prick with your thumb fill with little boiled white peas. Dip in the water as your choise sweet or hot. Eat as much as you like.
Making puri is a more challenging. Take a mixing bowl add semolina, refine flour, baking soda, salt, refine oil, vinegar and water. Make a smooth dough.
Divide into small pieces. Spread the dough with rolling pin and cut with a sharp edges glass. So the puris will be same sized.
Heat a wok pour oil after heating put one after one puri.
Take out and soak the oil.
Make different types of water adding the aforesaid ingredients. Serve with different flavoured and different tastes. Enjoy the Pani Puri.
