Black urad dal 1 cup
Ginger – 1 inch cube
Curry leaves – 2 springs chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 springs chopped
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Salt
Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
Wash and soak black urad dal for 8 hours. Then coarsely grind with ginger. (Don’t add water)
In a bowl add urad dal mixture, then add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt mix well.
Put batter on tawa, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the adai
Cook both the sides and serve hot with chutney
