Ingredients
- Black urad dal 1 cup
- Ginger – 1 inch cube
- Curry leaves – 2 springs chopped
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs chopped
- Green chilli – 1 chopped
- Salt
- Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash and soak black urad dal for 8 hours. Then coarsely grind with ginger. (Don’t add water)
- In a bowl add urad dal mixture, then add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt mix well.
- Put batter on tawa, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the adai
- Cook both the sides and serve hot with chutney
