Idli
can be left-over idlis
1/4
cup
Carrots
grated

Green peas
1/2
teaspoon
Red chili powder
1/4
cup
Potatoes
Boiled and mashed
1/2
teaspoon
Garam masala
1/2
teaspoon
Turmeric Powder

tbsp
Coriander leaves
Chopped
Salt
to taste
Oil
for roasting kebabs
Instructions
In a bowl take idlis and mash them nicely.
Keep aside mashed idlis for later use.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil.
Add chili powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder into the hot oil.
Roast
for few seconds, add the frozen green peas,mashed potatoes and grated carrots.
Add the salt and mix well.
Add the mashed idlis, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the heat and let mixture cool down completely.
Make a ball and insert into skewer and give shape.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Roast
the kebabs on a pan using oil.
The idlis tend to stick to the pan, keep flipping them carefully with the help of oil.
Rotate in between making sure all sides are roasted evenly.
Finally, serve hot idli kebab along with dip of your choice.
