Tindora Fry also known as Dondakaya and ko wakai is a delicious south Indian recipe made with by stir frying thinly sliced Tindora tempered with seasonings.
Heat oil in pan Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds n asaefotida when seeds crackle add ivy gourd n saute well. Sprinkle little water n cover the lid now cook that for 2min on medium flame
Open lid and now start adding salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder n turmeric powder add water now n cover the lead cook it for 5 7 minutes on low flame.
